FROM THE WORKFLOW BRAIN
Notes on making work repeat itself.
Product notes, field observations, and the practical boundary between AI judgement and code that should simply run.

AI decides. Code repeats.
A model can decide what a sentence should sound like. It should not have to rediscover the path to the right notes, the right audience, or the right approval every time. Pipo keeps the path visible and lets judgement stay where it belongs.
Approval is a product surface.
When a workflow stops to ask, it should be showing its work: the context it read, the action it prepared, and the system it is about to touch. A pause with nothing behind it is an interruption. A pause with evidence behind it is a decision you can make in seconds — which is the whole reason the boundary stays visible instead of becoming something you set once and forget.
The sidecar is a boundary.
A local companion can act on your machine without holding authority over everything on it. Pipo keeps execution close to the work — reading what a workflow needs and preparing what it intends to do — while the authority layer decides what is allowed, what is asked first, and what never happens at all. The boundary is what makes a local agent something you can actually trust.
THE NEXT REPEAT IS ALREADY THERE
Make it visible.
Connect the context. Keep the boundary. Let Pipo handle the repetition.
